WHAT IS A TYPICAL DAY IN THE LIFE OF PHIL?

Well I start my day off every morning the exact same (as I previously mentioned I am a creature of habit). Starting with a bottle of water with my vitamins, drive my wife to work, head to the office, make myself a spinach omelette, bowl of oatmeal with a banana, a double espresso and a glass of warm water. Once I finish that, I begin work by checking emails, new listings on mls and checking my calendar for any appointments I have that day. Anywhere between 11:30am-1pm I will break for lunch, then back to work I go. At the end of my real estate work day, I like to unwind with a 1 hour work out. It helps me clear my mind and feel healthier. Then I am ready for dinner which I like to enjoy while sitting on the couch with my wife enjoying one of our favorite shows. We have a very busy social calendar so after we clean up from dinner we are normally off to a friends for a visit. Once we return it is time for bed and it all begins the exact same way the following morning.

HOW DID YOU GET INVOLVED IN REAL ESTATE? CAN YOU TELL US A BIT ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS APPROACH?

When I was working construction I was always thinking of real estate. Not necessarily selling it at that point, but I was amazed with the construction aspect of the building. I had always been a natural born salesman and came to this thought, I loved homes, and I was great at selling things so why not mesh the two together and sell one of the most expensive purchase someone will make. After that summer of working, I packed up my construction lunch box and started my real estate courses. I haven’t looked back ever since.

My business approach is simple, I treat each of my clients as they are my family. I look out for their best interests at all times, I am honest (sometimes too honest) whether they want to hear it or not, but with being that way, at the end of the transaction they truly feel that WE have found them exactly what they are looking for (not just a house but a HOME).

HOW DO YOU SEE YOURSELF FITTING IN WITH THE BLUE PANDA BRAND?

I feel the Blue Panda Team is exactly what I have been looking for my whole career. They treat each other the exact same way I treat my clients. picture perfect to me.

The Lion (at least that’s what a facebook quiz told me, but I do
see some similarities)

The Pyramids in Egypt

My Mother’s Bichon Frise dog named Molly who my wife and I love to babysit (my wife just a tad
more than me)

7. WHAT IS THE BEST PART ABOUT BEING A REALTOR?
The best part of being a realtor is helping people. Seeing the look on people’s faces when they have either found their dream home or sold their property is priceless. Helping someone with one of the most important decisions in their life is very rewarding.

8. WHAT WOULD YOUR PERFECT ROOM LOOK LIKE?
Floor to ceiling windows, unobstructed view looking at the ocean, granite counters, open concept
and enough room for friends and family.

9. WHAT QUIRKS DO YOU HAVE?
One of my biggest quirks is I am a creature of habit. Everything from what I have for breakfast,
lunch and dinner to where I sit on the couch, dinning room table and even at restaurants. I like routines because I feel they work well for me.
